With over two decades at BOND, Mike has extensive experience leading Civil and Utility projects requiring exceptional communication and coordination. Initially joining as Superintendent in 2001, he significantly contributed to some of the company’s most complex projects, earning recognition and subsequent promotion to General Superintendent. Mike then successfully led BOND Civil & Utility’s Gas Transmission and Distribution (T&D) field operations, proving instrumental in establishing BOND as a premier gas contractor in the Northeast.
In addition to his work in the gas sector, Mike’s expertise spans diverse markets, encompassing underground Electric T&D operations, Campus Infrastructure initiatives, and a variety of other large-scale site projects. As the current VP of Field Operations, he orchestrates and oversees all field operations in New England.
Beyond project management, Mike plays a pivotal role in optimizing BOND’s garage and warehouse operations and strategic management of fleet equipment. His comprehensive oversite of initiatives and projects underscores his proficiency in leading with precision and exemplifies his commitment to excellence across the organization.
