Bryce Carson, Vice President of BOND Civil and Utility’s Trenchless Division, is an emerging leader in the trenchless technology sector, which focuses on delivering turnkey services inclusive of Front-End Engineering Designs (FEEDs), completing design packages, and project execution for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Jack & Bore, Pipe Ramming and Slipline projects.
Bryce helped establish the BOND Trenchless team in July 2023, bringing over 15 years of experience in directional drilling and civil construction.
Bryce is an influential leader known for his innovative approach while maintaining the utmost safety precedent for his workers and the community. At BOND, Bryce and the Trenchless team aim to expand additional self-performance capabilities, providing a more vertically integrated value proposition to clients, such as electric transmission, gas transmission and offshore wind.
Bryce is from Sussex County, New Jersey, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Goucher College.
Beyond Bond
New Jersey native, Bryce Carson, loves to travel with his wife to Mexico, where she was born. The two currently reside in Jersey City and get outdoors as much as possible. When Bryce isn’t working on his next big Trenchless project, the diehard New York Yankees fan spends his free time hiking and fishing with his dogs, named after Yankees legends, Tino Martinez and Yogi Berra.
