As President, Kane draws upon over two decades of experience at BOND to shape the company’s trajectory and ensure its success. Beginning his journey at BOND as a co-op, he swiftly progressed through pivotal roles including Director of Operations, VP of Civil Infrastructure, and COO of Civil & Utility, exemplifying his leadership capabilities. Having entered the industry at a young age, Kane is dedicated to advocating for construction as a viable and sustainable career path for young people.  

Kane firmly believes that the cornerstone of BOND Civil & Utility’s success lies in nurturing its people. His unwavering dedication to training, development, and fostering diversity has led to industry-leading employee retention rates. This investment in talent and teams has significantly contributed to driving substantial revenue growth, surpassing 200% under Kane’s stewardship. 

Additionally, Kane’s oversight of the company’s operations and financial success is underpinned by his extensive experience managing projects across various sectors, including oil, gas, electric, power generation, and civil infrastructure markets. In previous roles, Kane spearheaded numerous corporate objectives, including streamlining cost control systems, enhancing project management protocols and equipment systems, and managing and optimizing BOND’s training agenda.  

Kane holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.  

Beyond Bond

Originally from the Midwest, Kane has found joy in putting down roots and establishing a future with his family in New England. Raised around animals and farms, he takes pleasure in offering similar experiences to his two daughters, who are avid horseback riders. Kane currently resides west of Boston in Sherborn, Massachusetts with his wife, daughters, and two dogs where they enjoy all the outdoor activities that New England offers.
