SITUATION:

BOND performed as the general contractor and subcontracted Carson Corporation to complete the 450′ HDD operation. BOND completed the excavation work crossing under Westchester Creek. The installation included two precast manholes, backfill and restoration. Carson Corporation completed the reaming and pulling of the 8 HDPE conduits and ConEdison pulled their own cable from manhole to manhole.
